Placing an order with BroadwayNewYork.com is easy and safe. Merely locate the item(s) you wish to purchase from any one or more of our shopping areas. When the desired product is found, click on the ÎAdd to Cartâ button associated with the item.
The contents of your shopping basket will be displayed. If multiple quantities of the same item are desired, you may change the number of items from the default of one (1) to the appropriate number. Click on the "UPDATE" button and the total cost for the items will be calculated and displayed appropriately. You may continue, or you may go to checkout by clicking on "CHECKOUT" on the bottom of the basket page.
Each time subsequent items are selected for purchase, by clicking on the "Add to
Cart" button, this shopping basket page will appear to reveal the total contents
and price. Click "CHECKOUT" to proceed with your purchase, and verify that the

Close Out Prices are given to items low in inventory or items no longer available. Once these items are sold out, the item will no longer be available and will no longer appear on our site.

Prices are guaranteed at the time of purchase only. Once the order has been processed, prices are guaranteed, no changes will be made to merchandise prices.
Shipping Estimates
All orders are sent via FedEx ONLY. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when placing an order. All orders take up to two (2) business days to be processed and shipped. When the order has been shipped an email with the FedEx tracking number is sent.
Shipping cost may vary depending upon the area and state, and the weight of the
product. A one (1) pound minimum is required. No deliveries are made on weekends or legal holidays. We ONLY ship within the 50 United States. We DO NOT except INTERNATIONAL billing addresses. Shipments are subject to stock availability.

returned for credit when in original unopened packaging.

If you were sent an item different
from what was ordered or you were
sent an item damaged in shipment, the replacement will be for identical
items only. (Color/size). You may send the item to us via US Postal service. A
credit of up to $5.00 will be applied to the account order was placed under. The
replacement item will be re-shipped to you.

If the item sent back for replacement is
no longer available, a credit will be applied for the item plus that item’s
shipping and handling charges.
