Should I use the Express Checkout feature?
The Express Checkout allows existing customers of BroadwayNewYork.com to easily and quickly order online. You only need to fill in the order information once. Then choose a Log-in Name (your email address) and Password. Just fill in your order information one time and BroadwayNewYork.com will automatically fill in the same information every time you purchase at our site. It is easy, fast and it will make your shopping experience enjoyable and efficient.

How do I change my Express Checkout information?
Changing your Express Checkout information is simple. Just click on Your Account button. You will be asked to log in with your user name and password. All of your information will appear on one page. Just find the information you want to edit and fill in the new information. When you are finished, click on the update button and your new information will be stored for future use.

How To Place An Order
Placing an order with BroadwayNewYork.com is easy and safe. Merely locate the item(s) you wish to purchase from any one or more of our shopping areas. When the desired product is found, click on the “Add to Cart” button associated with the item. The contents of your shopping basket will be displayed. If multiple quantities of the same item are desired, you may change the number of items from the default of one (1) to the appropriate number. Click on the "UPDATE" button and the total cost for the items will be calculated and displayed appropriately. You may continue, or you may go to checkout by clicking on "CHECKOUT" on the bottom of the basket page. Each time subsequent items are selected for purchase, by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button, this shopping basket page will appear to reveal the total contents and price. Click "CHECKOUT" to proceed with your purchase, and verify that the items and quantities are on your order.

Close Out PricesClose Out Prices are given to items low in inventory or items no longer available. Once these items are sold out, the item will no longer be available and will no longer appear on our site.

Prices are guaranteed at the time of purchase only. Once the order has been processed, prices are guaranteed, no changes will be made to merchandise prices.
Online prices do not reflect the prices in out stores.

Shipping Estimates
All orders are sent via FedEx ONLY. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when placing an order. All orders take up to two (2) business days to be processed and shipped. When the order has been shipped an email with the FedEx tracking number is sent. Shipping cost may vary depending upon the area and state, and the weight of the product. A one (1) pound minimum is required. No deliveries are made on weekends or legal holidays. We ONLY ship within the 50 United States. We DO NOT except INTERNATIONAL billing addresses. Shipments are subject to stock availability. 

Cancellation & Return Policy

  • No returns or exchanges if your purchase was made redeeming a Gift Certificate.
  • If the quantity of an item shipped is less than the quantity you ordered - In order to meet our high standard of shipping deadlines, 48 hours (business), we will only send items available at time of shipping. You will be contacted if there are any discrepancies in your order.
  • Printed material (Books, scripts, vocal selections, programs, posters) are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
  • You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return the items. A credit for the item(s) only will be applied to the Credit Card account.
  • Customer will pay ALL shipping and handling charges except for damaged items or when an incorrect item was shipped. Items returned must be in re-sellable condition to receive full credit for the item(s).
  • To exchange for a different size or color: Before you return the item, contact us by phone or email (Phone: 800-223-1320, Email: orders@broadwaynewyork.com so that we can check if we have the item in stock. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • All CD’s, DVD’s or Karaoke products may only be returned for credit when in original unopened packaging.
  • If you were sent an item different from what was ordered or you were sent a damaged item, the replacement will be for identical items only (color/size). Please send the item to us via US Postal service. A credit of up to $5.00 will be applied to the credit card account the order was placed under.
  • The replacement item will be re-shipped to you (in most cases overnight). If the item sent back for the replacement is no longer available, a credit will be applied for the item plus that item’s shipping and handling charges.
  • Send the item(s) along with a copy of the packing slip with a note explaining the return to:

  • Any and all applicable credits will be applied within 7 business days after the return item(s) has been received by our warehouse. You may view applied credits in the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ area.
  • We do not backorder items. If the quantity of an item you ordered is less than the amount on your packing slip, you have not been charged for that item(s) or its shipping and handling costs.
  • You may view your completed order (including credits) or print a copy of your invoice by going into ‘MY ACCOUNT’ on our home page at www.BroadwayNewYork.com
